With out Miami Boat tour, we aim to provide the best experience for our guests. We understand that plans can change, so here’s our cancellation policy:
- Full Refund for Cancellations Made 48 Hours in Advance: If you need to cancel your Miami boat tour, you can do so up to 48 hours before your scheduled departure and receive a full refund. Also our Miami Sightseeing Buses, have the same cancelation policy.
- No Refund for Missed Boat Tours: Please arrive on time for your Miami tour. Refunds are not available for missed sightseeing cruises, but you can reschedule for another day at no extra charge.
- Tours Operate Rain or Shine: Our sightseeing cruises run as scheduled, regardless of weather conditions. Refunds are not provided for rain-affected tours.
- Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule your boat ride or Miami boat tour, contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We’ll accommodate you with no additional fees.
